Design and Construction

All suits can be further customized by selecting a different style of lapels, pockets, number of buttons, lining, colour of collar felt etc. The construction of a suit i.e. its foundation is for us as important as the quality of the exterior fabric. Therefore we have invested in the best type of interlinings, canvas and shoulder pads so that our suits exude long lasting quality not only from the outside but from the inside as well. In all our jackets we use a full floating canvas layer which not only gives a better finish it allows the garment to mold to the body over time, creating an excellent natural fit. The canvas is made from wool, cotton and mohair all natural fibres which allow the jacket to ‘breathe’ organically. Our linings and buttons are also sourced with great care, our high quality linings (including Bemberg and pure silk) are imported from Turkey & South Korea in a myriad of colours and designs to give your suit that individual stylish look. With our buttons we offer a huge choice to our customers from bullhorn, shell to synthetic.

Fittings/Measurements

When ordering a fully bespoke suit you will be measured in great detail taking into account all the idiosyncrasies of your posture. You will be measured by a bespoke tailor master or one of our senior staff all of whom have many years of experience in the trade. We will also take photographs of each client from various angles to assist the tailor master in analysing the measurements taken and keeping the clients body shape in mind as he creates a unique pattern. Having its unique craft and measurement technique Bespoke is best suit tailor in Islamabad with focus on custom made suits for various classes of people living in Islamabad. The suit is then hand cut to the specific measurements and hand stitched up to the ‘baste’ stage. This stage is what makes a bespoke suit bespoke.  A baste is a half-made suit that is not properly finished and only temporarily held together with white baste stitching. This allows it to be easily taken apart and remade.

Trial Fitting

At the trial fitting our senior staff will be able to assess the accuracy of the measurements taken and tweak any design issues. We will make notes and usually chalk several marks on the suit to instruct the tailors on how the suit is to be altered.  The majority of our customers only require one trial fitting however depending on the complexity a person’s physique some customers will require further fittings of which they will be advised. After the trial fitting has taken place a suit can usually be ready for collection within three/ four day

Collection

After the suit is completed the staff will check that any adjustments required have been correctly done and you will be notified, you will re-try the suit and if you are completely happy you can take it home. If for any reason further adjustments are required it will be returned to the tailors until it is perfect, after all we have a reputation to protect! All in all this process involves   40-80 hours of manual work by skilled craftsmen.
